{Sweet Stop #52} Life is Sweet!

Hi there! Happy Saturday! I have a bright and fun card to share with you for today's Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge.

This week's sketch has a spin - use buttons and bows. Also, we are celebrating our 1st Anniversary at The Sweet Stop! There's a special prize this week. If you participate, you'll be entered to win TEN digis from Sweet and Sassy Stamps! Also, if you use SNSS images on your card, you DOUBLE your chances of winning!

For my card, I used this fun bubblegum machine from Unity Stamp Company's March Kit of the Month - Rockin' it Unity Style. I colored it with Copics, and added some Paper Glaze to the glass part. I wanted to use bright colors to bring out the colors in the gumballs, and these papers worked perfectly for that. The patterned paper is a mix of October Afternoon Report Card and Farm Fresh.

I cut out the oval piece with Classic Oval Nestabilities and layered it on red cardstock cut out with Scallop Oval Nestabilities. I cut out my image panel with Classic Rectangle Nesatabilities and sponged around the edges with Memento Cantaloupe. The white panel was embossed with the Cuttlebug Spots and Dots embossing folder. I added some buttons, brads, and ribbon to finish it off.

Be sure and hop over to the Sweet Stop Blog and check out the sketch. Also, check out the inspiration from the Sugar Babies: Nancy Brown, Kelly Caslow, Renata Elenbaas, Audrey Gonzales, Julie Masse, Kathy Page, Korin Sutherland, Andrea Vernagus, and Dana White.
