RCC74 - Count Your Blessings!

Hi there! Since it's the week of Thanksgiving, I have a sweet fall card to share with you today. I don't know about y'all, but I am so ready for all of those yummy Thanksgiving foods! :)

Have you played along yet with this month's Ribbon carousel Challenge?!  We are now doing monthly challenges with a big prize at the end for one lucky challenge participant!
Each month we are giving away a Ribbon Carousel
to one of our randomly chosen challenge participants!

This month's theme is
GivinThanks/Fall

Not only did I make this card for the RCC74 challenge, but I also made it for the MFT Stamps December Guest Designer Contest. I used the a la Modes Sweetest Pumpkin in the Patch stamp and colored her up with Copic markers. I cut out the image with the MFT Rounded Banner STAX Die-namics and sponged the sky background with Aspen Mist VersaMagic Chalk Ink. I also added a grassy border to the bottom with my Copics. This patterned paper, Kitchen Spice by Bo Bunny, is OLD! I found it as I was digging through my paper bins and decided to use it. I really love the colors in the plaid piece. I did some stitching around the edges. To embellish my card, I added some Kaisercraft pearls and some jute twine from Ribbon Carousel. I finished it off by adding a sentiment that I stamped on a flag from the MFT First Place Ribbon Award Die-namics

I love how this card turned out!

Ready to play?!

There are three rules to be eligible for the prize:
1.  You MUST use ribbon or twine on your creation
2. Your project must be based on the theme of the month
3. You must add  a NEW project  to the inlinkz and link directly back to your project on your blog or online gallery.

You have until November 30th to add your creation to the link collection at the Ribbon Carousel blog. The random winner of the Ribbon Carousel will be announced on the RC blog on Monday, December 3rd!

To link up your project, click HERE and go to the bottom of that post!

Good luck!
