TSG Sneak Peeks Day Three

Hi there! Have you been enjoying the There She Goes sneak peeks so far? I hope so, because they are AWESOME! Here we go with Day Three!!

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we have a SUPER cute set from Torico this month called Be My Valentine. This cute little cherub, and all it’s adorable sayings and arrows will be PERFECT for any Valentine card, treat, or project you can think of.

Be My Valentine is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 5 stamps and will sell for $9.00.

I love making Valentine cards! I especially love the sweet papers that come out around Valentine's Day, like this new paper pad I used - Lucky in Love by My Mind's Eye. I colored my image with Copic markers and accented parts of it with glitter. I followed an older sketch from The Sweet Stop. I cut out the sentiment with a flag die and finished my card off with a few rhinestones.

TSG Sneak Peeks Day Two

Hi there!! It's Day Two of sneak peeks at There She Goes, so let's get started!

Whether you are sending your son, daughter, or loved one off, Torico’s new Boot Camp stamp set is perfect for you! With the cutest boot image EVER, and several catchy phrases you are sure to find exactly what you need for this very occasion.

Boot Camp is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 5 stamps and will sell for $9.00

I love how this card turned out because I love making cards to support our troops!! I paired the image with some Authentique Glory paper. I colored my image with Copic markers and sponged around the edge with Antique Linen Distress Ink. I added a sponged sentiment, a little ribbon, and some brads to finish my card off. The card layout is Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #176. I love this sketch and will definitely be using it again!

Steampunk is one of our FAVORITE styles here at There She Goes, so when we saw the new Get In Gear set from Torico, we all squealed with delight. She is so sassy, funky, and FABULOUS. Also, the gears included in this set could TOTALLY be used for a CAS boys card, or building a background. SO versatile!

Get in Gear is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 7 stamps and will sell for $9.00

I used this week's TSG Challenge #191 for this next card layout. I kept this card simple and used some My Mind's Eye papers.

TSG New Releases - Doxie with Moxie & Size Matters

Hey there!! It is Release Week at There She Goes, and here we go with our first day of sneak peeks!!

It’s no secret, we are DEFINITELY in love with everything Torico does here are There She Goes, and we know you are, too. This month she has honored us by creating a set that we have been begging for…meet The Doxie with Moxie!! SUPER cute dachshunds, along with several sentiments, outfits, and even a city scene for our more “elegant” pups...this set is just TOO much fun.

The Doxie with Moxie is a 4x8 set that includes a total of 32 stamps and will sell for $18.00.

When brainstorming The Doxie with Moxie set, there was a lot of chatter about sentiments…and some of them took a turn for the funny, but…risqué, LOL! We couldn’t live without them, so we decided to create the Size Matters set. It’s not for everyone, but it’s definitely funny!!

Size Matters is a 3x4 set that includes 7 stamps for $9.00.

Here's the card I came up with using this cute set! I used this week's Split Coast Stampers Skech Challenge #419 for the layout. The papers are by My Mind's Eye. I did a little embossing, and I also did a little paper piecing to give this cute doggie an outfit!

RCC76 - Winter Spirit

Hi there! Have you played along yet in the Ribbon Carousel #76 Challenge? If not, then now's a good time to get started! This month's challenge is Winter Spirit.

I whipped up this card with a wintery feel to it. I have to admit, it was rather warm here today, so it was hard for me to get into the winter spirit! I know it's still really cold in other places, though, so I made this card with those friends in mind.

I used some of my favorite Echo Park papers - Winter Wishes - LOVE the colors in this line! The stamps are from the Taylored Expressions Love Grows Here set. I embossed the background with the Cuttlebug Polka Dots embossing folder. The ribbon is from Ribbon Carousel, of course, and I accented my image with some glitter and then used Viva Pearl Pens in Light Blue and Silver to finish embellishing my card.

Remember, that if you play along in our challenge, you are entered to win an awesome prize - a ribbon carousel!! We would LOVE to have you play along!

There are three rules to be eligible for the prize:
1.  You MUST use ribbon or twine on your creation
2. Your project must be based on the theme of the month
3. You must add  a NEW project  to the inlinkz on the RC blog and link directly back to your project on your blog or online gallery.

That's it! Thanks so much for stopping by! :)

TSG187 - Sponging

Hi there!

I'm squeezing in a card for this week's There She Goes Challenge #187 with only a few hours left! I definitely wanted to play in this challenge, but with starting my new job last week, I didn't have a lot of time. Speaking of my new job, I am still teaching but at a different school, and I am super excited about this new adventure!

The TSG Challenge was to use sponging with your die-cuts on your card. This is one of my favorite techniques. I especially love to use it with sentiments. I used Memento Cantaloupe to sponge around my sentiment panel. The sentiment is from the TSG set, Angel Mail, which is one of my favorite TSG sets because I love the sentiments in it!

This awesome layout is this week's Split Coast Stampers Sketch Challenge #417. This is a sketch I'll definitely be using again! The papers are My Mind's Eye, and I added some ribbon from RibbonCarousel.com to embellish my card. Speaking of RibbonCarousel, they are having a big sale until January 8th. Just enter the coupon code NEWYEAR to save 40-70% off!

That's it for me! Thanks so much for stopping by today!! :)
